I am absolutely delighted with this purchase! My daughter had asked for a barbie dreamhouse for Christmas but looking at it, I didnt think it was worth the expensive cost. Plus the barbie dreamhouse is made of plastic and not sure it would be built to last.I started looking for an alternative and having bought a kidkraft kitchen in the past, I already knew their wooden toys are well built and durable, and usually look good too!I quickly found this one and it ticked all the boxes! Similar features to the barbie dreamhouse.....but it's bigger (it is huge!!!) and I know it will stand the test of time! Plus it was £100 cheaper than the real thing!It does take about 3.5 - 4 hours to build so make sure you factor that in for christmas, but it is totally worth the effort. Some reviews have mentioned scratches. Mine did have a couple of scratches here and there but thats to be expected with these types of wooden toys. They're hardly noticable and it won't spoil my daughter's enjoyment. I cannot wait to see her face on Christmas morning!This is probably one of the best things ive ever bought for her. It's huge and it looks amazing and it is such good value for money!

This dolls house is value for money because it is HUGE. I had a rough idea of how big it was but I didn’t measure for it arriving. I had assumed like all toy adverts/photos they used a small doll sized child to play with it, not this time. It’s only a few inches smaller than me and I’m 5ft6inch lol. It arrived in a huge box and had 100s of separate pieces. It was very fiddly to put together and took us 4 hours. The instructions are in black and white and have no details on like the patterns on the walls and floor so it is very easy to get things round the wrong way. There were a few pieces where the drill holes were missing completely and we had to make these ourselves. Most of the furniture comes made up. Once assembled the dolls house is very sturdy and robust. The furniture is mostly wooden with a few plastic pieces. The piano and the flush on the loo are nice additions. Both our daughters love it. Ones 5 the other is 12. It’s a great product once it’s put together and great value for money. I think generations of girls in our family will enjoy it. Elsa, barbie and bieber doll love their new home 😂

This is a really lovely dolls house, and is good quality. It is well made. Instructions for assembly are ok, but could be a little clearer. It’s not a 1 person assembly (otherwise it’ll take a about 5hrs, as I learned)Comes with everything you need to build it (apart from a screwdriver).It’s a joy to watch my daughter play with it. Perfect size for Barbies / Chelsea’s etc…

The doll house looks great. It is colourful and sturdy. My daughter loves it. It also works out significantly cheaper than the other popular branded house for 12" dolls...However, the instructions were not always easy to follow, they were basic and only in black and white - nowhere on the instructions or box was a picture of how the entire house is meant to look once constructed. We had to search up a photo using our phone to make sure we were putting things in the right place.My daughter has played with it for hours and we are very happy with the item, however before you buy it make sure you have an electric screwdriver. DO NOT EVEN ATTEMPT THIS WITH A MANUAL SCREWDRIVER - it will never happen!

We got this as a gift for our 5yr old granddaughter for Christmas 2020 and she absolutely loves it.It takes a while to build but the instructions are very easy to follow, everything is marked out so clearly you can't go wrong. The only negative thing about the product is that we had few weak B screws that snapped but that really is the only negative.It is a huge house and well worth the money. I would highly recommend

Took 3 hours to build but instructions were straight forward as long as you follow every step then it goes together easily. Really sturdy and huge! Make sure you measure where you intend to put it so you don't end up furniture shifting a room once built like I did . Fits barbie /rainbow high size dolls . Lift is a little stiff but has eased the more its used . Liked that it came with furniture .

Check the contents of your box ASAP! We purchased this at the end of November as a Christmas present for my 3 children. Noting the packaging doesn’t cover the product we got it sent to my parents’ house and my dad offered to put it together. He came to put it together ahead of Christmas and there are scratches and scuff marks but worse than that, there are parts missing so it can’t be put together. I called customer services but at this late stage all they can offer is a refund and I can re order when it’s back in stock. As a Christmas present, it’s pretty useless if it can’t be given to them at Christmas and I’ve just checked and it’s almost a third more expensive than the price I paid so not only do I have to somehow explain the lack of a present to my young children, if I want to buy the product again post Christmas, I have to pay £50 more for it. I understand that we perhaps should have checked it earlier but I don’t think we’re alone in expecting a brand new item to be complete. All in all, it looked amazing but is actually very disappointing.
