Robust and well builtI needed some professional help to make the hole in the door, other than that the installation is very simple. The finishes are good and solid. WHAT I didn't like is the size of the slot. I would have liked it to be an inch wider. The lock uses not serrated keys but rather perforated ones, which makes it difficult to make copies for all members of our office, which is where we have installed it. It came with scratches. The pieces that mount to the door are horrible fits, I think Stevie Wonder and Ray Charles are making these things. You can tell it's typical horrible china quality.
