Does it work well with prismacolor pencils?

This paper accommodates Prismacolor as well as Polychromos colored pencils quite well. In my opinion.

is this paper pure white? not a brownish tan color right?

I would call it cream, rather than snow white. It is not ecru or true beige, and not at all tan. The texture is more coarse than bristol vellum or Stonehenge, which disappointed me. I personally do not like a texture that shows through once colored pencil is applied.

Can this paper be run through a copier to transfer designs for coloring?

I'm pretty sure I could run it through mine because mine has a cover weight paper setting. I would check your printer settings. When you go to print, sometimes you have to dig around to find all the settings. Might be under advanced settings or something similar under the print command. I believe the paper is smooth enough to take a decent image.

A bit inconsistent

I have bought several of these for use with Polychromos, Prismacolor, FB Black Edition and Caran Dache Pablo pencils, and on the whole its very good. Has plenty of tooth for layering/blending and a decent weight to it.I have noticed however, hat there is a certain amount of consistency across the page. There is,sometimes random patches that behave differently to the rest of the page and give a different finish. It is very odd, almost like patches of glue here and there. I have tried many other types of paper and even with this oddity, Strathmore Coloured Pencil Paper is still the one I always go back to. However, I am still going to try and find an alternative but, until I do this remains my go-to....Actually, the Strathmore Bristol vellum is better, but it won't go through my printer reliably. I hope this is helpful to potential buyers.

Best paper for coloured pencil artists

Too quality as with all Strath more papers.Aimed squarely at the coloured pencil artist this is fantastic paper. Will take layer after later after layer of coloured pencil so you can get the right tones and gradients everytime. Perfect texture too.

Great quality

The media could not be loaded. This is the best paper I've bought. It's great for coloured pencil drawing. I can blend, rub out and it doesn't rub away the paper like other paper pads I have. I am delighted with it. I'm just teaching myself to draw but the difference is amazing.

Perfect for hard-core pencils ✏️ 👌🏽 😍 BUT

I'm came back for more of this paper. BuT this time the pad was bent as it was packed on top of other small items. Shame as this is great paper.Anyway, if you have hard-core pencils, this is the perfect paper to compliment them👌🏽 👍 🥰 💞 let's just hope it's properly! 📦
