Is the finish sheen or matt?

It's more of a Matt finish I've been using there's sheets for a few weeks and love them

I use the sapphire 800 thread count. So so nice. The 300 thread is nice but the 800 are so much better, very smooth, a pleasure to sleep on.

Do they also sell a flat sheet to match this item?

I only saw fitted sheets on the Sapphire Collection page.
