Maybe I was too tired when I put it together, maybe I was so sleepy when the bright rainbow LEDs exploded the room into mesmerizing beauty, but I can tell you that this is the single greatest lamp I have ever owned. I didn't realize what I had purchased. I just saw a pretty blue lamp and hoped for the best. This is actually legitimately the best I could have hoped for. First off, it comes with a remote? Neat! But second, the fact that you not only can make the light VERY bright or very dim, but also change the color temperature?? Be still my heart! The plastic diffuser over the main light does a fantastic job of making this feel like a normal light instead of an LED light, which I can't really explain the difference, but I'm sure some of you understand, especially when you think about Christmas lights. Guys, IT FEELS LIKE A NORMAL LIGHT. That's worth an extra ten stars right there, I tell you what. But then you throw in the rainbow LEDs!! I had no idea they were part of this, but hoooo boy, they're GREAT. Multiple modes, choose your colors, choose your brightness! Even the dimmest probably is too bright for sleeping in a tiny room like mine, but as a light while watching a movie so you don't trip when you go to the bathroom or to just ease eye strain (sorry, staring at a bright screen in a dark room is an easy cause of eye strain, you need a small amount of light in there), it would be *perfect* for that. I have a small house with almost no overhead lights, so lamps are very necessary. I bought this to replace the giant IKEA lamp that had been taking up a huge amount of floor space on my tiny bedroom and providing limited brightness. I wanted something that would project around the whole room, and BOY HOWDY did this ever. I have this plugged into an outlet controlled by a lightswitch, and thankfully, turning the switch off and on does not reset the light to the factory set LED show. My only complaint is that the wire comes out of the stem instead of going through to the base. Even if you take off the rubber thingy, you still can't get the wire back in to the stem to reroute, so then you're just looking at a sliced rubber thingy and a sad empty base begging to be properly used. That's silly, but not even worth taking off a star. I'll be buying at least two more of this lamp. It's really a great choice.

I have bought 3, one for my son, I liked it so I bought one, but accidentally sent it to my mom in a different state and she loved it so b I said keep it; therefore, I still needed one. Super awesome, so many options. Multiple led colors with variations, plus Multiple levels of brightness, magnetic remote, plus controls on the lamp.

Nice simple design, light weight, and the dimmable brightness is great. Reading light is super bright, and the night light option is great too. Magnetic remote is a great addition! Color lights are also nice, and many modes to choose from.

See bottom for update Followed all setup instructions, and when plugged in, the top lamp would not turn on but the "ring" showed multiple red lights all around the ring. No buttons on the lamp or remote would work. I then unplugged and disconnected the pieces, made sure the connector at the top was correct (arrow to arrow), and tried plugging in again. This time, nothing immediately happened upon plugin, and I could use the on-lamp buttons as well as the remote. Thought all was good. I turned off the lamp, and after a few minutes, the red lights on the ring re-appeared and no buttons on the lamp or remote would work. Tried unplugging/replugging; tried disconnecting the led connectors and reconnecting, each time ensuring the arrows lined up and everything was properly connected. No luck - upon plugging in, within 2 seconds the red lights re-appear and nothing works. Extremely disappointed. Edit: contacted seller and they are shipping a new unit as this one is "defective." I will update the review accordingly once received and set up. Received the replacement unit within a week, and this one properly works. Connected everything the same way and it worked first time with no issues, so the first was definitely defective. Thanks to the seller for quick replacement, and the light works perfectly for my needs. The dimmer and the separate controls for the ring vs the top are perfect for adjusting the brightness I need throughout the day. Upping to 4 stars from 1.

These lamps are good value. I ended up getting four and the only problem I've had is that sometimes the remotes will link up with the wrong lamps. I like that you can adjust the tone and brightness as well as adjusting the angle and the slim design makes them easy to tuck in anywhere. These have held up well to regular use for a couple of years now.

At first, I loved this product. It was bright and suited my needs. The ability to change the light settings was very beneficial. However, I have had this lamp for less than a year and it has already stopped working. The two brightest light rings on the LED no longer work. It no longer changes the warmth/cooling of the light color either.

Well built lamp and I like all the features it comes with. I like that it was easy to put together and it’s very well built and sturdy. I’m gonna get lots of use out of this.

This is an honest review guys please read. I purchased this lamp first in August 2022 used it on regular basis, then I went on vacation, got back a month later. It worked well, but at some point started to exhibit some weird behavior with "color ring" 2 months past the purchase. I've reached out to amazon first and they said that they can't do anything it has passed 30 day since purchase - no returns available. Then I decided to reach out to the seller and they asked me to provide some evidence of failure - which I did. Immediately I've been advised to send it back to the factory and I got a replacement within 3 days even though I still didn't sent the original one back !! I received a new lamp, put it up, packed the old one in the box that the new one came in and then sent it. The unit that I have now is working flawlessly and I have 0 complaints. WOWLUMEN handled this issue much much better then many other manufacturers that I've dealt before about various purchases. This product is well made and what even more pleasing that your back is covered by WOWLUMEN - buy it if you need a nice bright upward-facing lamp with colors. Once they got the tracking number of the old lamp that I sent back - I've been told that there is a gift coming my way ! What a nice addition to customer service - Bluetooth RGB bulb ! Just on time for holiday season, that was a nice touch and totally unexpected ))) Thank you. Regardless of the effort it took me to handle the communication and make return shipment (WOWLUMEN paid for it of course) I appreciate this seller and the product they make. Nice job guys !
