If you look at Buried Treasure ingredients, they make the best products. The forms of the ingredients are what matters, and these folks understand and don’t skimp. For example, look at the difference in various citrate form ingredients Buried Treasure uses versus the competition. If Buried Treasure makes what I’m looking for, I don’t even waste time comparing anymore. I’ve already done my homework. They just need to fix the dumb caps that break in shipment a lot.

Sugar is undesirable because I got this to drink in middle of night if I get up to urinate -- I can't go & brush my teeth without defeating the purpose, which is to drink this in the dark without water (pills take water) so I don't have to get up again! I can minimize the wake-up by drinking this in the dark. The ingredients seem to settle out; it is not a good suspension. But the ingredients are great, except that the beta sitosterol which is thot to be the active ingredient, is low potency. So I take liquid beta sitosterol along with this at night, capsules with BSS & fish oil in them which I can break open with my teeth. It has the saw palmetto, the stinging nettles, the pygneum. These ingredients block DHT, a type of testosterone which causes prostate enlargement & hair to fall out (baldness). To get high potency BSS, you will probably have to buy pure BSS, but I figure that the natural ingredients may have beneficial results aside from their BSS. There are other types of testosterone, like cyprionate, which I have obtained, injectable by prescription. This product is the only thing like it I have found. The taste is acceptable to me. Now if they can get rid of the sugar & make a better suspension of it!

I have been using Buried Treasure Prostate Complete for years off and on. I noticed a slight change in taste with my last purchase. Being curious I checked the ingredients out and to my surprise I see Lemonade and Cherry Hawaiian Punch listed as other ingredients! These are two beverages that I wouldn't ordinarily drink due to sugar/ high fructose content. Big disappointment!

I’ve been taking this for well over one year now. My PSA numbers have improved. I like to mix it with grapefruit juice.

Broken cap means you can’t reseal the container and the contents quickly become unusable. End up throwing half of it away.

I bought this for my Down’s syndrome brother with Alzheimer’s. He can not take a capsule form drug for prostate issues. This seems to be helping.
