This book is excellent, not only did it helped me to understand event planning, it also gave me a great insight into event marketing.

I am sure the author has a great business and should be really proud of his accomplishments however this book promises more than it can deliver. The book title, the tagline and bios on the sites where you can buy it promise much more than the book delivers. I really wish the author/publisher had mentioned that this is written entirely from the author's own personal experience and without any qualifications or proper knowledge of either subject to make the read worthwhile.I am very pleased the author was able to make his events so successful but a blog would have been far more suited to tell everyone about his experience, certainly not charging people to buy a 'book' which is 50 pages long.I must also warn you that large sections of the book are dedicated to plugging other resources for information.

This is a great book to have an idea what is event planning. Good start book but not the great one to fully understand the event management and planning from the beginning to the end.

Good read

As an event marketer I found this look really helpful. Tons of really great information and a real step by step guide with actionable items. Unlike most how to books this one really actually gives you valuable info that you can apply to any event your looking to market . Highly recommended!

Excellent book. This has to be one of the best titles on this subject that I've read. I would definitely recommend it.

I found the book to be quite poor and lacking content, some useful tips but not comprehensive enough.
