Very soft and easy to work with. Color is great, has that leather smell, it is the perfect thickness for what I needed to make from it.

So buttery soft! I love it. It's perfect for making masks for... stuff. I was able to expand my leather crafts business inexpensively after starting to use this for masks and other things you'd want softer leathers for. My customers have been very pleased.

The quality of this leather is really nice. The fibers are tightly bound and it is very thin. I don’t know how it will skive but the color is even throughout and it is subtle and soft. Shipping was fast. Recommend if you need quality leather.

Update**** I just received the replacement and it is in worse condition. I left 4 images of each. The last 4 pictures will show the condition. So disappointing.First let me begin by saying that i am a repeat customer and I prefer the buy the larger hides. This shipment was such a disappointment. I needed this for a project and now have to deal with the Hassel of returning and having to wait almost 2 weeks for a replacement. The dye on this hide should never have passed inspection.Do not get me wrong.. I am a repeat customer due to the quality of the lamb leather. At times I have had small issues, however, since I purchase the larger hide, I am able to use a good portion and have scrap for other projects..Really hoping to receive a good replacement. I will update this review once I receive the replacement..

There are white spots on the backside of this. I’ll just work around them because the general color and price are good. Definitely recommend if only using front side.

It's been really hard for me to order leather project pieces and have them be the right color to match what I already have. Sometimes the names people give for the colors just aren't accurate, and the computer monitor might make a piece look more or less blue, for example. In this case, though, I was looking for a piece to go well with some turquoise fabric, and this leather is spot-on. It also matches the color description and the photo, so I am stoked! I don't give up easily, and now I have two other project pieces that aren't perfect -- but this one is! I will find a use for the others, but thankfully this one is perfect.

This leather was perfect. I didn't have a single blimish to cut around.
