The cake board was just as I had hoped, the right size, sturdy and a good color. The cake looked lovely on it. The box was easy to assemble and made the cake easy to transport and store which was really useful.

Excellent quality though a little pricey

I bake a lot of cakes so being able to purchase a board and matching box together is both a money and time saver. Coloured boards are only a thing of recent years, certainly to my knowledge silver was the only previous option. I would hate seeing a cake on a silver board, it just looked cheap. I would always fondant mine which also allowed me to easily stick additional pieces to the board, be they flowers or other decorations. Now, with coloured boards I dont mind leaving them bare and simply purchase a colour that will compliment the theme. This board is nice and thick and easily supported a 3 tier cake. The interlocking latches on the box fitted snuggly together and allowed for easy transportation. Would definitely repurchase.

Lovely thick cake drum, makes a nice change from a plain silver board. The box is high and fairly sturdy.
