Animology Puppy Love Mild Dog Shampoo, 250 ml (Pack of 1)

This shampoo is absolutely perfect for our little furball! The gentle formula means no irritation, even on sensitive puppy skin, and it leaves their coat feeling soft, clean, and smelling amazing—like they just stepped out of a fancy doggy spa. It lathers well, rinses easily, and you don’t need a ton of product, so the bottle lasts a good while. Plus, no overpowering perfume—just a light, fresh scent that makes cuddle time post-bath even better. Definitely a must-have for puppy parents looking for something mild but effective. Our pup loves bath time now (well… tolerates it, which is close enough!).

This is a very good shampoo for puppies. It's very gentle on the skin and the scent is very mild so I know that it has no irritants in it. When we first used it, we used quite a lot and didn't realise that it would take forever to wash out - I'd definitely recommend diluting this shampoo (or any dog shampoo) with water before use as otherwise it will take forever to wash out. The puppy did become quite irritant as it was her first bath and we didn't realise it isn't like human shampoo, it's much thicker. The bottle is big so if you dilute as I suggest then it will last you a very long time. This shampoo was reccomended to us from a pet groomer/ cockapoo registered breeder, so I know it has their stamp of approval and now it has ours. I would reccomend this shampoo to anyone with a puppy. Make sure that you don't wash the puppy a lot as it can upset the PH of their skin, but if you have to wash the puppy then this one is gentle and washes away a lot of muck.

It’s an ok dog shampoo. Don’t get me wrong he comes out lovely and clean and really shiny but he smells like wet dog when he gets out of the bath. If you aren’t big on lingering scents this will be perfect for you. When using the shampoo smells great but it is incredibly runny and you need a lot of it to even get a bit of a lather! It smells like baby products but as soon as it’s rinsed off theres just no scent left on his fur! As mentioned previously he just stinks of wet dog. I personally love scents and would prefer my dog to at least smell better when he gets out of the bath. I will use up the rest of this shampoo but will be looking for something that leaves a better scent behind once bathed.

Really lovely smelling dog/puppy shampoo.. it’s not terribly foamy and rinses very well. Definitely recommend.
