i am concerned that i gsve my DNA to a wreckless company and i have deep regrets.i am concerned and wish i never used this company. something doesnt seem right to me!I received my test kit created my account collected my sample. Mailed my sample in the supplied USPS envelope., I took a picture of my tracking number so that I would have it. i’ve tracked the shipment and I can see that they’ve received it now. The company says they never received it and the account I set up? It doesn’t exist. I have confirmation that I set up the account because I received an email from them, I’d like to know what did they do with my DNA I am not happy and I have great concerns how irresponsibly they handled this.!WHY was my account deleted?!?this is suspicious to me.

Do not order this. I sent my test in and my tracker from the post office said it arrived. The lab says “they were working to find it”. It was never found. They kept answering that they were checking with their “partner lab”Several weeks later my test was located and I received results very quickly. The company refunded my money and offered me another test free of charge.

Take many days to get the results

This product is a good way to stay ahead or on track of your health. I have ordered a few of the at home test kits because it suits my busy lifestyle.
