You can buy the Synergee clubs in various weights, including one pound clubs. They arrive in a well-padded package, and are as advertized. I own a pair of five pound clubs, and they are well made. If you only want the one pound clubs, you may want to opt for a more-forgiving, less expensive pair of wood or hard plastic clubs.

45years old 150 lbs haven't seen a gym since pre pre covid. Will the 1 lb give me some benefit or should I wait to find a 2-2.5?

Start slow. The lightest pair helps to build coordination and flexibility. Check online for exercises and drills. I’ve successively worked up to handling a 5 lb., a 10 lb., and a 15 lb. pair quite comfortably. Good luck.

Can anyone compare these to the tactifit clubs by any chance? they are the most recommended by trainers but cost a lot more.
