The handle on my 20cm saucepan lid has broken. How do I claim under the guarantee?

I had the same problem after using a pan only about 6 times. The metal screw had stripped the plastic handle's thread without any misuse. I rang tefal as there's a 10 year guarantee on the pan. They told me that they lids break so they don't ever guarantee the lids!!! If you're in the UK, your contract is with who sold the pans to you. So contact the vendor with proof of purchase. Otherwise just buy 3 new lids from Amazon for only £17.50

Can you use these in the oven? If not, why not ie the rubber can't withstand high temperatures. I need this functionality. Thanks.

It states clearly in the description that they are ovenproof at temps up to 175c for up to one hour

Are these pans dishwasher safe? I fancy the grey ones but worried the dishwasher might fade them?

Hi Weliwoo, I do not have a dishwasher, but according to the description of these items they are supposed to be dishwasher safe as well as oven safe up to 1 hour at 175 degrees, but it did not say Centigrade or Farenheit. I hope this helps.
