These are good for on-the-go hydration or for the morning after a night out. I keep them stocked in my house and purse because you never know when you’ll need them. Buying them in bulk like this is much less than from Walmart/Target, especially in the powder form. If you are over 28 and grabbing more than 2 drinks, do yourself a favor and drink a bottle (or more) of water with this before you go out and when you get back home.

I was told by my physician that I needed more water and electrolytes daily. I do not like plain water (and no electrolytes) and i DO not like a lot of the available electrolyte options. I was cutting the strength of the liquid Pedialyte whose taste I do enjoy - it was just too strong. This option works perfect for me. 3 or more 22oz water bottle a day with 1 powder mix - perfect
