VViViD Headlight & Taillight Adhesive Repair Tape Red and Transparent 2-Roll Pack (12" x 7ft)

Used to seal crack in auto tail light. Thick heavy duty tape adheres well and hardly visible. It is waterproof too. Would buy again.

Backed into my trash can and broke out parts of my rear taillight. Needed something to fix it with until the near taillight is installed. Bought this to help patch the broken plastic and keep water/snow out of the assembly.This stuff worked great. if placed right you can barely tell it these. Just make sure prep the area good and clean the plastic of any dirt and this tape sticks well.

I've had a busted tail light for a while now. I put the red tape over the opening and it emits a red light and doesn't dim it, can't even tell the difference from a distance. It holds pretty well. The corners are starting to peel back a little after almost two months of use, but I also didn't take the time to make sure it was sturdy, and I drive more than the average person, so it's expected. At night the light emits a slight pink compared to the other light but it's not been an issue for me. It was easy to apply and definitely a good temporary fix.

Looks pretty good for a temporary fix until repairs are done. It was very easy to work with and good quality. Adhesion was very good and if you need to lift it back up to fix it, it will easily do that too. Arrived just in time for the rain today to protect the bulbs. I will update this review if I have any problem after is gets wet.

Somebody busted my tail light 7 months ago. $1,000 to fix. So I figured I'd tape it up until I was ready to face the repair. The tape is working so well that I simply forgot about it and I still haven't fixed my tail light. Good stuff!

After some unfortunate events I needed to hide my cracked outer tail light. This tape is okay. It comes on white paper , cut however much you need and peel it off. My lights are curved so it was kinda awkward to work with when trying to lay it flat but the outcome is cool. Now I can drive by the cops without them minding my damm business. Oh yea there’s not much on the roll so if you got more than what I needed it for you might need to buy multiple. I didn’t use the clear one since I only needed the red. Kinda a waste lol . Oh well

I have a small crack on my tail light, the light still works but just not looking good, my concern is just water leaking into it damaging the wiring system, the crack is just too small for me to consider to buy a new one for $200, so I later used this tape, and it works great, fixed the leak, and also it does make the look much better, you can hardly see the crack from a distance, especially for the red one.

Very good product. Little bit of a learning curve when applying to a curved taillight. Once you get the knack goes on smooth and unless you look really close you cannot see the difference. I made some minor mistakes with a hot air gun and still came out really well..

I needed tape to repair my rear light. I had tried some Summit tape which, whilst it did the job it was opaque so not only did it shout that it was there it made the light dimmer than the other side. This tape is clear and red, so like coloured sellotape, it blends perfectly with the light unit and doesn't effect the light transmission at all, and blends in so well with the light unit you hardly know it's there. Thoroughly recommended.

Used this to repair a broken tail light until I get into the body shop. Good adhesive and great light transfer.
