Q: What age is this for please

It would fit age 4 to approx age 10 comfortably (bought it for Reception class but it's quite roomy.

No. I don't think so that it would fit a 14 year old as it wasn't very generous in size. I ordered it for my 10 year old and it was a perfect fit so i don't think its big enough for a 14 year old.

yes it can. It has Velcro at the front to suit head size
