Perfect for noisy areas.
Really helps dull down noise levels enough so I can sleep, I was a little wary as I have very small ears, often in-ear earphones pop out because they're to big, even with the smallest size end on. So I hoped these would fit OK, we live in a noisy area with dogs next door barking all ours of the night as well as babies through our paper-thin walls, then there's my husband's snoring! They're little tricky at first to put them in correctly but with following the instructions I got there, they are quite discrete as they do go in quite far so I was worried after sleeping with them I wouldn't be able to get them out again (be careful taking them out!), I didn't need to worry as they do come out fine and are comfortable sleeping with. They don't block out noise completely but quietens it down enough so you can sleep, I'm a VERY light sleeper so if they allow me to sleep through anything then anyone else should be fine. The only problem is with someone next to you snoring, if they roll onto your pillow the noise vibrates through and you can hear it through the plugs. That's when he goes on the sofa downstairs.

Not that much smaller than the Howard Leight's I usually buy
I have small ear canals and wanted something to block my husband snoring. I usually use Howard Leight ear plugs as they have been recommended for smaller ears but I ran out and also find them a little uncomfortable to wear all night so tried the Macks. The Macks are only very slightly smaller (maybe 1 or 2 mm at most) but they're not quite as soft. In terms of comfort there's not a lot in it, I find any ear plugs are uncomfortable after a while. As these are a little shorter they poke out of the ear less which I think helps with the comfort level to some extent. With the Macks I can still hear my other half snoring if it's very loud, where as I usually can't with the Howard Leight ear plugs.

Good earplugs for women
I had been using regular sized earplugs for a few years, and lately I had been noticing how my ears would get a bit sore after a few nights of continuous use, simply because the earplugs were a tad too big for my ear canal size. Recently I found out about these earplugs for women, of a smaller size, and decided to try them. I am happy to say they are the perfect size for my ears, I have been using them for almost a month nearly every night and I really feel the difference, so much so that now I can't undestand how could I have been getting by with the other bigger earplugs. These really do make a big difference, and aside from the perfect size, they are good quality foam and block noise as well as my previous brand did. Very satisfied with purchase, and the price is right too.

great colour but ...
ordered these as couple websites highly recommend them for blocking [almost] all sound and comfortable to sleep in. i've tried a few other earpplugs that are often too large and have too much pressure that cause pain, as these were smaller and recommended i thought they might be what i'm after. unfortunately they are just no good for me. they are much smaller than i expected and even inserted so far down the ear as possible they still let in a considerable amount of sound. they also still have a small amount of pressure which makes them uncomfortable for a full night of sleep. these are better than some cheaper ones i've tried with more pressure, but i prefer moldex sparkplugs and 3M to these. love the colour, the only thing i like about them.

Comfortable but not as good as Slimfit
These earplugs were easy to fit and comfortable but not as good at blocking the noise of my husbands snoring as the Macks slimfit that I usually buy.

Perfect for quietening loud neighbours!
I have had a nightmare trying to find earplugs that weren't too big (so they hurt my ear canals) but weren't so thin that they didn't work. I found these to be a brilliant compromise on the balance! My upstairs neighbour bangs and crashes around all night long and can make sleeping an impossible task - thanks to these, I can sleep all through the night now! :)

Don't block out sound
Despite the ridiculously sexist design of the packaging I thought I'd give thee ear plugs a go as I have very small ear tunnels. I have used Mack's purple slim like before with ok effect so I was hoping these would be the same only smaller. Well they are small, they fit much more comfortably and are a soft foam. They do however not block out sound half as well, maybe because they have that X at the bottom? No clue, they feel a bit different and simply don't do what they're supposed to. That coupled with the ridiculousness of having special earplugs for women earned them a one star review!

Good for low noise levels
I got these ear plugs because the normal ones are just too large for my ears and I often have earache after using them, and sometimes they make my ear feel 'under pressure' during the night. These Dreamgirl plugs are great; pretty in pink and fit my ear very well without adding pressure to my ear canal. They're shorter than normal earplugs so they don't go so far down your ear canal and they are much softer. I didn't give this item 5 stars only because they're not fantastic at blocking out all sounds. I got these primarily for sleeping as I am a very light sleeper and the smallest sound can wake me up, so most of the time, these work. However they don't block out snoring, so if you want something for that, I'd recommend getting ear plugs which blocks out more decibels. I think MACK do a range for that too.

Good for my small ears. Not particularly great for sound reduction, but better than nothing

I’ve been using ear plugs for a few months now. I’m a super light sleeper and wake to everything. Ear plugs have helped so much! However, I have my tragus pierced and that has made finding ear plugs that fit without being extremely sore the next day, nearly impossible. Ive tried, adult, kids versions, silicone, you name it. I’ve been using these pink ones for a few days now and not once have I woken up with sore ears. The shape of it made it easier to fit in my ear unlike the other big ones that stick out too far, pushing my piercing to the side. The very end of it does lay against my piercing, but I think having the x at the end of the ear plug, gives the piercing more room to contour into the plug instead of just being pushed out of the way. I sleep on my side and have no problem sleeping on both ears with these. I like that they don’t block out every noise, just muffle it. But I mean, reallyyy muffle it, I can hear the fan across the room but it sounds like it’s a mile away. As a mom, and the wife to the snorlax himself, completely blocking out my hearing at night sounds like a dream, but knowing I still have a fighting chance of hearing them wake up at 4am to empty every toy bin is…comforting? 🤔
