The system was very well packaged, installed very easily, and sounds great.

Horrible connectivity
Bose is supposed to be the best audio, not! This system has been in service since Dec 22 and is dropping signal. Have to reset it to get it to connect then after a day or two, it starts muffling the sound the disconnects back to TV sound

Didn't smoothly connected at first, but was able to get it to work as advertised with some triage
Love Bose products just not the prices always but normally great audio. The sound bar 600 with the bas module 500 has that nice sound for the money. I was worried at first looking at various reviews but chanced it and I'm glad I did. I did have to update my Bose app initially due to my ear buds due to the sound bar 600 wasn't listed in the products. Also, initial setup of base module wasn't found with limited real triage out there for help. So I did delete the Bose app and reinstalled it, it found both the sound bar and base module. After that its been a really great sound and is perfect for my townhouse rooms. Yes I would recommend these two devices. Update to this review: All worked great for a week then it hasn't been able to reconnect with all the triage from the web or Bose site. I really wouldn't recommend this setup and I'm a Bose fan. The amount of money spent for two items (soundbar and sub) and the pain its been to get it working isn't worth it. Sorry Bose but please look at the reviews and if you have 40% good and 60% questionable I would revisit the design.
