The explanations are a good review and teaching tool. The "Common Relationships" section of the test-taking strategies is especially helpful.

I have had a lot of trouble finding SCAT prep for my kids. With my older son, we found that the websites were way harder than the actual test and the books were too easy, or there just weren't enough. This book is much more accurate and I wish we had had it for my older son. It is very helpful!
