BaByliss 2100 W Salon Light Hair Dryer

This might be considered light for a professional hairdryer, but it’s slightly heavier than my similarly-sized Tresemmé dryer, which I did find heavy at first. I’m used to it now, so should find the weight of this one OK. I like the 3 heat settings, so you can have it on cool without having to keep your finger on the cool shot button, but the other options are warm or very hot! I suppose you need to dry off your hair with the warm setting, then style sections with a blast of heat followed by a blast of cold. Can’t award 5 stars until I see how I get on! They must have confidence in this dryer, though, as it has a 5 year guarantee and no dryer of mine has ever lasted that long with daily use! Suggests that it is a quality product. Updating my review after getting used to this dryer and now awarding that fifth star. Be warned - it is noisy on full blast - but I love the smooth results and I find it very easy to handle and switch between the various settings … and yes I have used the high heat full power option and it’s fine.

I did plenty of research before buying my wife this item and we weren’t disappointed. This item uses a ceramic ring heater rather than a metal wire heater so it’s better for your hair and safer. The three settings of cool, warm and hot are great and the two speeds mean you can be more gentle with your styling if required. Sturdy item with a nice long salon-type cable so will easily allow you to use your item in any room where the socket is just a little too far from the mirror.

after my previous hairdryer finally broke I had a quick look about online at various reviews and ‘top tens’ and the Babyliss definitely delivered. It’s nice and light and really powerful which is a perfect combo if you’ve got thick hair like mine. Add a good price and I couldn’t be happier :)

Good hairdryer , easy to handle, only thing is the operating buttons are inside the handle & at first I kept switching it off accidentally, but got the knack how to hold it now without doing it. Good value for money, lightweight & long salon like cable 👍🏼

I really like this Hairdryer! It's stylish salon standard quality without the price tag. It's quick to dry your hair and has a very long 3m power cord which is another added bonus. I couldn't be more happy and I'm so glad I brought it. A definite 5 star product.

My previous Babyliss Turboshine DC Hairdryer lasted good 9 years and when the time to came to replace my hairdryer, I choose Babyliss as they are built to last. This time decided to go for AC motor and I can see the difference clearly. * This one dries hair really fast * Not too loud at the maximum speed. * Easy to use in one hand * Very nicely made The packaging came a little squashed and not sure if this issue is with the shipping company. The paper packaging that were used to pack the hairdryer were all crumbled and it looks like distributor may have opened it to place the SG safety stickers. But, the dryer looks like brand new. If you planning to gift someone, please take of this. This piece was intended to be sold in UK and says it is covered by 5-year warranty. However, Amazon says it is only 2-year warranty. The distributor/authorized seller can only confirm.

I read alot of reviews that the Babybliss hair dryer is powerful and quick to blow dry. It is no lie. I like the power, and although it is abit heavier and louder than my last hair dryer. The 3 speeds and 3 heat modes that it has helps the way I style my hair and the cool shot here works. So everything I was hoping, delivered. Thank you!
