I purchased for my son for Christmas. This is a perfect starter pc for gamers. It came boxed neatly, with everything you need to easily set up. It did not look used. No scratches or imperfections anywhere on products included. It comes with everything you could possibly need for a cool set up the computer, dual monitors, keyboard, mouse, camera and speakers . It has led lights that can change colors with remote included as well. Happy with this product. It was great price. I see no difference between buying new or used. Great quality. My son loves it.

1st off no instructions at all nothing… 2nd this computer has been giving me a headache since day one 3rd if the shipping didn’t cost so much I swear I would send this mess back… the tech ppl are horrible just pooor service not worth the buy nothing works all the cords didn’t work had to buy new ones just for the pc to still be a mess…so mad bc I could’ve bought something else…only thing that works is the mouse and keyboard n the screen are good the picture quality is nice those the only good thing about the purchase…pc sucks half the imports don’t work I’m over this don’t buy from these ppl

I got this for my 11 year old who's big on gaming. Delivery was quick and we opened it several weeks later. Setup was fairly easy and my daughter absolutely loves it! It's her first PC setup so she's still learning the ins and out; also very thrilled she can control the colors on the modem. If you're looking for the basics this is what you will get. You'll definitely need a better video card and the monitors are okay for someone starting out. There is a serious lag with even the simpliest games like Roblox and we're not able to play GTA so that's disappointing. We're still trying to connect her Oculus to the system and hopefully we can.Overall this is a basic PC setup, good starter for kids. I would have given a higher rating based off of my daughter's reaction but unfortunately we did not get the speakers and webcam. I contacted the seller who did respond quickly but the issue has yet to be resolved.

It is a great deal for the money, but could have been 5 stars if they did 2 things. 1 Better power Cords for the monitor they simply are loose and fall out? And 2 a USB Network card that uses the 3.0 technogy that the port supports instead of 2.0 to make it faster. I get using usb, I don't get not having a 3.0

Everything worked out of the package better than what I expected. I didn't need any tech support. Great value for the price.

I purchased this for my kids last Christmas. Frost mistake it was delivered to wrong house. We got it though we thought wow lucky. Nope they should have kept it bc within 6 months it is useless. Literally will not even turn on. I'm buying another gaming system this Christmas but won't be using this company or sellers at all. When I told them I never got my package they might as well have said not our problem we sent it out job is done. Couldn't believe the audacity of these people.
