There are cheaper rechargeable TENS, but they don't compare with this, it's worth every penny. After trying cheaper ones this is a delight to use by comparison. This genuinely has 24 different modes (not all cheaper ones match that despite their claims); twelve modes in TENS and twelve in EMS, and the TENS modes include a normal or conventional continuous mode (a sort of smooth continuous "buzz"), something not all offer. There are 99 intensity settings for each mode which means the increase from one setting to the next is very gradual - no nasty jolts. There is also plenty of guidance as to which settings to use for any particular problem.These advantages alone would make this a good machine, but add to the the siimpiociy of use and it become a dream machine! The machine is small but not miniscule, it's quite sturdy and chunky and it sits comfortably in the hand; I doubt you would harm it if you inadvertently sat on it!. The controls are so simple and easy to use, and the screen display is very clear so you know what's going on. But what I really like about this TENS is that you can progress from one mode to the next without interruption (all other TENS that I have used, and that's quite a few, do not allow this, with those changing from one mode to another means starting from the beginning again). I can find just one criticism: I notice it does not have a timer for the TENS modes (they show as C for continuous), but there is a timer for the EMS modes.)So I am impressed with this Med-Fit, it is well made and comes well represented, and it is backed up with a decent and helpful website which explains the machine and its settings.

Delivered promptly. Very similar to a model by the same manufacturer which I have had for years which after some time of no use I thought was on the blink…..it wasn’t.The old model had a replaceable battery and worked off the mains as well. The new model has a rechargeable battery which lasts about ten hours between charges. Charging takes a couple of hours. Very easy to set up and operate and has far more stimulating power than I would ever need.Relieves pain quite quickly and you can hang it off your belt to move around and stimulate at the same time.If it proves as reliable as my old version (which is still going) it is a must buy.

Great product with much needed pain relief - good value for money and best machine I've used (other than the physio's super duper trolley TENs machine!). However could be vastly improved with some small changes.1. Sound can not be turned off. In an office environment, this is noticeable and annoying - device beeps everytime you change a value.2. The manual does not fit in the plastic case! Make the manual smaller!3. Mention in the manual that the device can be used while charging. Rang CService to find that one out.4. Provide more clear guidance on where NOT to place the pads. Common sense prevails - but not everyone is gifted with that ability.5. Have a randomiser pattern to cycle through different presets - A pulsing P2 can become extrememly annoying after 60mins requiring a refreshment course of P1 or P3.6. I find it bizarre that the SET button has no function on this model - they've taken away the feature of setting a timer - so mine is set to continuous. Hours can pass by and I only know when I need to switch it off as I start to itch near the pads!7. You can only press one button at a time - so if you use 4 pads, you first need to set Channel 1 to the right value and then do the same for Channel 2 - would be nice to reduce button press and beeping noises by allowing both to increase at the same time.Positives : buttons are responsive and soft, screen is clear and bright, can hold buttons to quickly get to your pain relief value - which reduces beeping, manual is helpful and clear with good placement examples.Overall all - buy - you wont be dissappointed.

My symptoms2013 - serious accident and whiplash to neck from a fall.Diagnosis 2016C2 neck wear and tear with ganglions on both left and right side.Surgeries x 3 since 2017Burnt nerves and frequency modulation.Last procedure in Sep 2020.Post surgery I was still suffering from swelling and pain so bought this to help. On a full charge, I have run it for 3hrs and 2 x uses so far with no need to recharge. For necks as per the guide advice program 12 for TENS seems to work the best.I can honestly say, it has been amazing completely removing pain which appeared from my C7 unexpectedly and across the spine. At this rate I am looking and hoping to reduce all my pain so it is tolerable. I cannot honestly rate it higher and in just a short time. I am not claiming this to be a cure but it will help you.All the bad reviews here are not warranted. The device works as described and better. You get what you pay for however dependant on your capabilities you may need help attaching.It is not a toy and you need to edge caution with pad placement and general use.In addition, purchase gel which helps pad connectivity. I have also purchased spare pads. The pads will last 30 uses and it comes in a neat case for carrying.

So, I decided to purchase this for my mum as she has aches and pains in her shoulders, arms, neck and back. I wasn't expecting anything too amazing, but this is exactly that. Upon receiving the product, it was packaged nicely in a box, with a sturdy seal. Opening the box, I was then presented with a solid, plastic box with a handle and a nice locking mechanism so the box doesn't automatically open. Within the box, everything was packaged nicely. I read the manaul, everything was actually easy and clear to understand. Now, the product itself has helped my mum with her pains and she feels so much better. I'm really happy with the purchase.
