Check the size
Bought these as I only have 2 and when making a multiple tiered cake I didn’t have the room. Unfortunately I didn’t check the size and they are probably about half the size of what I expected. My fault. I have used them and they are excellent quality and the price was good.

Cooling racks
I bought these to fit inside my metal tray to put meat on. They are excellent! Would recommend

Great pair of Cooling Trays
Brought to support Baking while Rising over Hot Water Bath (Deep Baking Tray). Being Stainless they show none of the staining that the previous Plated Mild Steel Cooling Tray I had been using
