Good product, Trustworthy seller
Worked better than namebrand OTC allergy meds! It may be more expensive than OTC, but the ingredients are natural and not chemical based.

All the Right Ingredients!
This is one of the coolest supplements I've seen in awhile. I get nasty allergies in the spring: they kick my butt, to be frank! I've taken nettle tea, quercetin, mullein on their own, but it's great to see these ingredients in one package with other quality ingredients as well. Allergies are supposedly an over-reaction of our immune system to erroneously perceived invaders. Vitamin C and Zinc support the immune system so that it reacts appropriately to those harmless ingredients like pollen, grass, etc. that cause certain bodies to freak out. Quercitin is an essential and helpful antioxidant, as is bromelain. Mullein is a wonderful lung support. Stinging nettle is a slight diuretic and allergy support. Finally, tinospora cordifolia is new to me, but it is an Ayurvedic (Indian traditional medicine) herb that helps with hay fever and the nasal/sinus passages. What a great one-stop-shop to take when allergies try to take over! I am saving this bottle in my medicine cabinet and will begin taking it in the spring when my allergies are the worst. The supplement is expensive, possibly prohibitively so, but I wouldn't need to take this all year, and I haven't seen any supplements like this. So I won't take off a star for cost. This supplement is wonderfully unique! Dr. Livingood, the creator of this formula, has some great videos and more information online, FYI. On a happy note, did you know that folks with allergies have a decreased risk of cancer? Our very reactive immune systems are more likely to kick cancer cells to the curb. I'll remember that when I'm sniffling and coughing next April, ha ha!

Great!
I have been following Dr. Livingood, and his advice seems to be down to earth and encouraging everyone to use natural products, not pharmaceutical drugs, if possible. I have taken all of the ingredients in these capsules separately and found them to be effective, so it's nice to have them all combined into one formula. Not only does this help me with my seasonal allergies, which suddenly hit me, but I have also taken them to build up my immune system to keep me from getting the flu or other viruses. So far, so good! I don't have terrible allergies, so I would take 2 capsules in the morning to find relief, and that's enough. It's a great product that does more than just help with allergies and worth trying to see if it works for you.

I’d rather take all natural supplements than actual medicine
I like the option of having all natural allergy supplements instead of medicines with chemicals. These ingredients all seem to be helpful more so with allergies. Quercetin helps with inflammation, vitamin c is an antioxidant, zinc helps with your immune system. Stinging nettle has been used for hundreds of years to treat painful muscles and joints, eczema, arthritis, gout, and anemia. Today, many people use it to treat urinary problems during the early stages of an enlarged prostate (called benign prostatic hyperplasia or BPH). Mullein is an expectorant, which means it helps the body expel excess mucus, usually by helping make your coughs more productive, to bring up mucus that may be settling in the chest or in the throat. It is also a demulcent. Studies show that demulcents create a soothing anti-inflammatory coating over mucous membranes. Overall it has many helpful ingredients for allergens. I didn’t have any issues taking these pills, no reactions to anything in this either, no after taste or upset stomach.

Helping with my allergies! Kicked the Claritin!
I have been dealing with allergies/ hay fever for over 30 years. I have been taking Claritin for the past 20 years. Every time I try to stop I start getting itchy bumps here and there after about a week or so. I have been using these allergen support caps for almost 4 weeks with no Claritin or antihistamines and so far I have not noticed any such things. These may be a bit more expensive than Claritin (generic) but I’d rather use natural remedies rather than drugs whenever possible! I must say I am impressed. This is not the worst time of year for my allergies but the fact I have been off the antihistamines for almost 4 weeks with none of the usual issues I have experienced in the past when quitting is an excellent sign! I will continue to use these and hopefully can kick the Claritin for good! Time to reorder!
