Smells great

This is an in-lavatory bowl cleaner that hooks over the rim of the bowl, with Domestos cleaner spheres held in the flow of the water as you flush. So far, so good, and it’s a great product- with two provisos. Firstly you’ll need to like the scent (which is a matter of taste, but I have to admit I really didn’t), and secondly, the holder is quite unyielding plastic (it does flex, but not as much as I needed it to). It might not really fit under the flow of your loo as you flush it, which would render the product as not useable for you. I would therefore recommend you bought only one, as a trial, before you committed to a bulk purchase such as this one. The scent It’s very flowery - strong freesia or some such flower, but quite artificial. It’s not a scent I associate with cleanliness, there’s none of that ‘citrus grease-cutting lemony smell’, no ‘marine ocean-y odour’, just a very strong flower-scent which, and I’m really sorry to say this, reminded me of a powerful perfume being used to mask an underlying bad smell. It really did seem to me to be something you’d either love or hate - hence my recommendation to try one first. The fit If your loo bowl is very curved all around, then this really might not fit. The ‘cage’ in which the products sits is around 11 or 12 cm long, and if your bowl is very curved, the shape or curve of the loo bowl may well push the ‘cage’ too far inwards, and away from the water flow. It did with my new lavatory bowl - I could get it right, but it took quite a lot of moving it around the bowl, and trial-and-error, which I really didn’t want to have to do! The cleaning This is where it does come into its own. There was a good foamy flush, once the product got sufficient water, and the bowl was left with a shine. Now, do remember, you still need a brush and bleach for those main cleans, but it would keep your bowl nicely fresh during the day in between. And I guess that’s exactly as it should be. Overall, it’s a curate’s egg of a product. Good at its primary function, but I do recommend you buy one of them to try before buying in bulk. Check you like the scent and that it does fit your bowl.

The product was very effects for the toilet, and strength was strong. Didn’t clean to well but is worth the month. Colour is as seen and functions well as it’s easy to use.

Got these for £1 so great value for money, very easy to use, foams a lil don't look too bad in the toilet and does the job.
