have been using this in cappucino dark golden brown for around 7 yrs now and considering stock-piling it for the future (never found anything as natural looking or flattering (esp to a 46 year old complexion!) great shine and grey coverage excellent-fades to a lovely golder tone as it needs re-applying and everybody just thinks i've had some hi-lites put in. my natural shade is a very dark brown with a red tone and have always found dark brown dyes too harsh. they either look black for the first few washes or very red/burgundy which then looks gingery as it fades. many people seem surprised i colour my hair which is around 40% grey! it's also not obvious when i've just coloured it-even better! it works best with a full all-over colour about every 3 months and just doing the roots every 4-6 weeks depending on re-growth, i think (cheaper too as you only need half a box for the roots!) and at the price i currently buy it for i can have professional looking colour for 50-odd pence a week!
