Lorus RL403BX9 Men's Automatic Watch Stainless Steel with Metal Strap, Silver, Bracelet

Had it on for 11 days, now; it's not lost a second. I did swap the strap for a 20mm Nato (off here) and I think it looks better. Wear it all day at work (outdoor job); in the bath or shower and in bed. Can't fault it.

The time and date are easy to read.The watch is quite heavy but I like this although for some it might be a con.So far it has been very accurate.I would recommend it for the price.

I'm a great fan of the Seiko 5 series of watches, and have a number of classic mods on my collection. When I saw this model available at such a keen price I snapped it up. Some things could better, such as the crystal and bracelet but, not DT this price point.

Although advertised as automatic, In spite of wearing all day, it stops overnight after 6 to 8 hours. Though a very clear dial and good functions, though rather clumly, it is not nearly as good as the Pulsar Kinetic that I was trying to replace.

Fantastic field watch. 41mm which is a great size - many of these field watches are too small. Not this one. Great Seiko / Lorus quality. The bracelet is rubbish. Change that or buy with a NATO and you've got a brilliant watch.

Very easily read watch that seems barely larger than the one it was replacing. For those of us who have to resort to reading glasses it's a boon. The firm was very quick indeed (in fact the same day!) to respond to my request for info re the depth message on the watch, to say that the in-out crown was quite adequate, and that a screw-down crown was only necessary for greater depths. BUT it has now been three weeks since I asked for comment about its accuracy: the old automatic watch was accurate to a few seconds per month, whereas this item is accurate to only roughly four-and-a-half minutes per week, a factor of over 250 times less accurate. I wrote to the address supplied by Amazon but have had no reply.

Excellent watch, comfortable on the wrist. Time keeping spot on, value for money. What’s not to like.

The watch itself is in full accordance with my wishes. Excellent appearance, watch dial, hands and indexes, numbers on the dial, calendar and date, case size - everything pleased me and corresponded to my preferences. I immediately replaced the bracelet with a leather strap in retro style, because in style it is very suitable for the tactical type of dial with clear Arabic numerals, luminous hands and indexes, and besides, leather is more comfortable for me than the metal of such a typical cheap Lorus bracelet, it does not scratch or rattle. I do not like Lorus bracelets, because they rattle and scratch the skin. In other positions, this watch, for such a price, simply pleases me. But the joy was short-lived. 30 days of ownership and use, of which 5 days they lay in their box and waited for the moment when I would fasten the leather bracelet. As a result, on Monday, August 5, 2024, the second hand stopped and the heart of this watch with it. To be honest, I don’t want to exchange them for money, I want a refund with a replacement watch for the same one, because I like their appearance. What I didn’t like most was the winding and long delivery route of more than two weeks, by different types of courier companies and couriers. This is a record time for Amazon De. I have multiple personal bitter and unpleasant experiences with long and unclear receipt of orders through FeDex couriers. I will immediately refuse the product if Fedex becomes a couriers again. In the end, everything started badly with a bad delivery service and this affected the short life of this wonderful watch. I would buy this watch again or exchange it for a more lively one. Apparently, I was just unlucky.
