This arrived packaged excellently and in perfect condition. It looks amazing on my cream garden wall. Everyone who sees it comments on it and asks where it was from, so expect some orders.

First one ordered had broken hinges and mirror, very helpful lady offered to replace it straight away after i called and said she would make sure next one was packed better. Received replacement promptly. Very weak hinges on this item just a small dot weld holding them on, sure in first wind they will be ripped off. The item itself looks nice but is hard to hand as it is heavy but only mountable with two small screw holes at the top as the metal is very thin i can't see it holding the weight of the mirror well. Looks good but not expecting it will last long we will see.

It was delivered rusty (see photo ) at the base,It looks as though it was stored in the damp ,The overall appearance and quality of the window is good .it is heavy .

This product turned part of my garden into a French quarter. Reflections in the glass mirror from gardens further away added greenery to an otherwise blank wall. Some criticism, the shelf needs space so that flower pots do not have to be removed to allow opening and closing the shutters.

This is a great item. Looks really good in the garden, and brings light into a dark corner.
