Q: Does it fully empty via pump?

As far as I’m aware it does. We use them for after service at church. Mines for personal usage but I haven’t used it much . Great capacity and easily cleaned. Also easy to use. Hope that helps

Q: Can i use this for preparing/cooking Hemp-seed for fishing. I currently use a thermos flask but not large enough and 5l size is ideal.

It will keep it warm but dont know if you could pump it out as it's really for liquid so I would imagine it could get blocked up!

Q: how long will cold water be kept cold for ?

I do not use this flask to keep cold water. I keep hot boiling water, it keeps heat for around 6 hours. But the quality of the rubber hose and suction tube is not good, do not buy this. My flask failed to suck water after 5 months.

Q: Can I buy a replacement pump? I lost the inner mechanism when emptying the hot water.

I have the same problem and had disposed of the bottle. Dont buy it.
