i have a metal bed frame that the legs dont have casters, will the flat bottom of the legs fit into these?

I think the answer is. it depends. I can't see why they wouldn't as long as the leg fits the cup. They are pretty robust so if its fits I would expect them to work fine. If in doubt pop down to your local furniture shop as most sell these. So you can take a look and see if they fit. You can always choose where you purchase the item.
