I was advised by my treating women's health physio to get this machine and so glad I did. If used regularly it improves the pelvic floor muscle. In the month I've been using it daily I have already notice the improvements. Comes in a little black discreet bag, with a battery ready for use, once the educator has been purchased. Instructions are clear and easy to follow however take advise from healthcare professionals as to which program to use. Once program is selected the first time the machine will turn on and select the same program each time. Easy to use and easy to clean. This does not come with the educator, that is purchased as an additional cost.

actually this is not for me so \i am not qualified to give a reliable reply.The machine appears to work ok but at this stage the longer term effect is not known. The main problem is the instruction booklet.Byno means is it laid out in clearly indicated installation steps.In some respects theyare there but it requires a lot of search about in various chapters.Assistance was sought from local physio & when she had difficulty ,&,she deals in using them with patients,then that answers the point. Nevertheless,once that is solved,it does seem to work ok.

My physio gave me one of these to use for a couple of months. I was a bit sceptical as I have a uterine prolapse and didn't think it would benefit me but I am so glad I started using it. After I had to return the hospital device I went and bought my own and am so glad I did. I had instant results when I first started using it but when I had my period I would feel my prolapse again. But after 6 months for the first time I have not been aware of my prolapse during my period, I havent used the device for the past 5 days. So it seems it can take a few months to really build up the muscles. I would recommend this device to anyone with issues to do with their pelvic floor or stage 1 or 2 prolapse.

I use this machine to help control urge incontinence. I was given it to try in the hospital clinic. Then you buy your own. I got the physiotherapist to programme it for me, as wasn't sure of the strength needed etc. Now I use it for half hour, 3 times a week and it works. Saves going for acupuncture every 3 weeks to the hospital as you can use it whenever you need to whilst watching tv. Worth every penny

First item worked for several days then stopped working correctly, 2nd one sent by Amazon as a replacement is currently working ok and appears to do "as described on the tin". Just the problems with first one that brings the score down.

Bought this product on medical advice and after being loaned one on trial. Found it complicated to set up initially and directions not concise but once working and left on a constant programme it is simple to use. It was recommended by hospital and I know I had an improvement when used on trial so hopeful this will continue

I first used this when I was referred to physiotherapy due to incontinence and urgency to visit the toilet. After I had used the hospital one, I decided to buy my own.I use mine everyday and it has made a lot of difference to my need to visit the toilet. I intended to use it continuously for three months then have a break for sometime. I would highly recommend it anyone.

I have purchased 3 units since september. Each unit stopped working after a short time. Each unit had the same fault. The intensity button stopped working each time. My physio suggested I use this, but after ordering so many units and then failing, have lost all confidence in this item. Each time I returned the item my money has been refunded without question and for this I have awarded 1 star

Ich finde es extrem anstrengend, mit meinem lange zurückliegenden Schulenglisch die Anleitung zu lesen. Gerät macht ansonsten einen guten Eindruck und funktioniert einwandfrei, wenn man mal raus hat wie's funktioniert. Ich habe mich für dieses Gerät entschieden, weil ich die Periform+ Vaginalsonde von Neen (übrigens mit deutscher Anleitung) habe. Diese wurde mir vor Jahren mit einem Leihgerät (andere Marke) verordnet. Wahrscheinlich hätte mich die englische Produktbeschreibung schon skeptisch machen sollen.

Lo compré porque después del parto no quedé muy bien y tras meses de intentar recuperarme necesitaba alguna ayuda extra, pues perdía orina al toser y no podía realizar ejercicios de impacto, ni siquiera correr. Tras visita al médico, me mandaron unas sesiones de electroestimulación, pero en cuanto se acaban, les da igual como te hayas quedado que ya no te mandan más, así que es recomendable hacerlo por nuestra cuenta. Yo lo suelo usar dos veces por semana y de momento estoy mucho mejor. Esto es ejercicio pasivo, por lo que hay que complementar con ejercicios de Kegel de forma activa. El aparato lleva varias funciones para la incontinencia urinaria y uno más específico para ejercitar el suelo pélvico. El aparato se puede utilizar con sonda vaginal o rectal. Cuando pones uno de los programas, hay que subir la intensidad hasta que notemos la corriente por toda la zona pero sin llegar a tener dolor. Se puedo poner hasta 99 de intensidad y yo de momento solo he podido llegar a 42. Los programas tienen una duración de 25 minutos y el específico de suelo pélvico dura 35 minutos, en este último la intensidad se pone de manera automática, pero a mí me resulta muy floja y hay que ir subiéndola cada vez que cambia de función este programa (cambia de función 5 veces). El aparato lleva además, 3 memorias para programar nosotros algún programa a nuestro interés. Como a mí de momento los modos que lleva me gustan para la incontinencia y ejercitar el suelo pélvico, lo que he probado ha sido poner electrodos y programarlo de tal manera que sirviera para electroestimular los músculos externos (hombro, lumbar, pierna), y ha funcionado muy bien. He comprado electrodos normales de 12mm (son los universales) y los he puesto en las dos salidas, de tal forma que se pueden poner hasta 4 electrodos.

Reçu rapidement, les câbles joints permettent d'adapter la sonde vaginale achetée par ailleurs quand je faisais les mêmes exercices chez ma sage-femme, confort de pouvoir le faire quand on veut à la maison. J'espère que cela améliorera mon plancher pelvien.
