The product should have had dry ice packed with shipment because it said keep in refrig. Also, one bottle had it's lid broken but it was not leaking. Otherwise, great taste with fresh brewed coffee.... One last thing, thanks for the advancement of shipment from Dec. 23 to 22 to 16 and last to 14th.. I would have been happy with the Dec 23 arrival date just for Christmas...... Merry Christmas - Happy New Year.... Look for another order early next year..... I juggled the star rating between 5 and 4, finally settled on 4....

Do not order these coffee creamers. I love the Almond Joy creamer and am having a extremely hard time finding it in the stores, nobody seems to have it anywhere. I purchased it here and received it about 3 weeks later. It was shipped in a amazon bag with no way of keeping it cold. The bottles specifically State keep refrigerated. When i poured it into my coffee just as I assumed it would be BAD, it clumped up instantly.
