Useful to clean back teeth

The heads were bought because Panasonic have updated their flosssers / irrigator since the main unit was bought. The flosser is good, so there is no need to upgrade.

They were easy to put on . Absolutely superb. My headphones 🎧 look brand new .Sound as good as ever .

I bought this mostly because I don't like flossing, as I feel the bits of food are pushed further up the gums when I floss. My brother has a similar one and had also recommended it. I've been impressed with how clean it is between my teeths after using the Panasonic mouth irrigator. Each time, I've tried flossing afterwards, to see if there is anything left in between the teeths, but the floss comes out completely clean, so in that sense, I'm really happy, because it means I don't need to floss anymore. This does the job better. However, I find the jet rather strong, even in the lower setting. I do have sensitive gums, so that's probably why, but something to be aware of, if like me, you have sensitive gums. Also, don't catch the muscle below your tongue by accident with the jet, as I did! It was painful! On the other hand, I expect that after a while, my gums will be less sensitive and I won't be hiting the wrong parts with the jet by accident. It took me a while to get used to it (well, a few goes). At first, I ended up with sprayed water all around me and had to clean around the sink and the mirror each time. It's also important that the user holds the irrigator at the right angle, otherwise, food particles will be pushed up the gums, as with flossing. But once a person learns to use it properly, I believe this is a very good product and will help in preventing gum and tooth disease.

Creates a very powerful jet of water to clean in between teeth as well as the gum line very easy to insert into the handle 👍

These are good if a little over priced. Personally I have found this type of brush great with braces, so as an attachment to my water pick it's even better! I have found it changes the water flow slightly but this is to be expected.

Bought this to help clean between teeth, I already use interdental brushes but my hygienist said I should improve my score which is difficult with small gaps between teeth. I use dilute mouth wash to improve matters further and my visit to the dentist after months of use confirmed it had improve my score for gum health!
