The perfect all around training belt
For me, this is the perfect belt for training in the gym. (Squats, Benchpress, Dead lift and so on) However, this belt also provides fantastic support for other activities and sports. I play golf at least twice a week and had previously purchased one of the new and highly advertised all around back support products from Copper Fit. For me, it was a bit difficult to get it tight enough to provide the support I was looking for, and the heavy duty weight belt I have used for many years, is designed for lifting heavy. It’s uncomfortable for anything more than doing your set. So, I returned the Copper Fit, which was around $60 and purchased this belt at about help the cost, and could not be happier. The Velcro strap and belt cinch make it easy to get to the exact tightness and support I was looking for and it’s easy to loosen when needed. It provides excellent support like my heavy belt and it’s comfortable to wear during a round of golf. Yep, I highly recommend this product.Jack.

Excellent back support
I am very pleased with this back support. Even though its purpose is for weight lifters, I use it for my back support when working in the lawn, bending and stooping repeatedly, and while hooking up/setting up my RV. It is a good value, it’s comfortable, the Velcro is 4” wide and at least 18” long and the buckle makes it easy to get a good tight fit.. It appears to be very high quality. I highly recommend it.

Could be very good with a little modification/ improvement
Initially I really liked this belt. However, after less than a year the buckle loop continually twisted. This caused the crushing of the web fabric both the piece that holds the loop and the Velcro part that goes through the loop. As a result, each time I wear it and get it snug, it slides sideways and becomes loose.It would be so easy to fix/improve;1. The web fabric should be a little heavier/thicker to stiffen it up.2. The overall width of the loop that holds the buckle needs to be reduced so it is less inclined to twist. In other words, it should be just enough for the buckle to slide in and little more.3. The webbing to which the Velcro is sewn needs to be a little heavier/thicker so it is less inclined to bind.Were these improvements made you'd have a highly functional belt. But as it is, it's only marginal.EDIT; After seeing the review the seller reached out and provided a new belt. I hope they will actually implement the suggestions to make a really quality belt. Their customer service is Five Stars.
