Could I use this on another light ideally a Halfords 1000 lumin front light

I used it to replace a snapped strap for a Halfords 1600 lumens light. It wasn’t a like for like and needed a piece cutting out. Didn’t take long though and has lasted well.

I bought this for that exact purpose. It works but is very tight so hard to fit over the handlebars.

Is this an xxl strap? I got a 600xl but it doesn't fit my handlebars and lezyne saying i need an xxl strap

I am not sure as there is no indication on the strap. I bought this strap to fit a Hecto Drive 350XL Lezyne front light. It fits my road bike handle bars but its a bit tightly stretched when I put it on my wife's bike handlebars. Sorry, not sure this helps much.
