Easy and comfortable to build and use
Easy enough to put together, the instructions are clear although I admit I did some steps out of order to make it slightly easier but that was my preference rather than an error in the instructions. Everything needed was in the box no missing parts and very well packed by someone with an advanced knowledge of playing Tetris. I tried to be logical and take it out of the box piece by piece, when I was half way through I realised it was better to tip it all out at once as it was all taped together. Very quiet can't really hear it at all when using it over background noise. Build quality is good, only bit I don't like is the material for the peddle straps is a bit too stiff so really hard to fit. Functionality is simple enough, little computer thingy works well, just don't accidentally turn the tension setting the wrong way ... I may have made that mistake.

Good machine, well worth the money
I bought this just before the coronavirus lock down and closing of my gym. It was not easy to erect, it took my husband 3 hours, he was completely flummoxed by the names of the screws and bolts which did not match the English names. However he persevered and triumphed. It was worth it. The machine is sturdy, it has a small on board computer which is easy to use and it pedals nicely. I did not find any problem with the tension as reported by other users. My only complaint is the saddle which is awful, I got off after 10 minutes to find a cushion to sit on. Otherwise it has been a very good buy.

Sturdy and brilliant value
I ordered this after trying a recumbent bike at the hospital. I have a lot of joint problems and I found the hospital one really the only form of exercise I can manage. The one thye had was very fancy, electric adjusting seat and the works, but I really didn't want to spend a lot of money on something that may end up being a very expensive washing hanger if I didn't get into the habit of using it. Anyway I bought this, a friend put it together for me and I was brilliantly surprised. It's very sturdy, I'm quite heavy and it was simple enough to use. Only drawback is that it's a bit of effort to change the leg length, so my daughter has decided to put a stool over the bar and just sit on that and that works fine. I can't really figure out the computer that well, and the heartbeat monitor doesn't seem to work, but that could be the way it's been put together. I am very pleased, I really didn't expect to get such a solid piece of equipment - plus batteries included - for that amount of money. Really good deal

Initial review... Easy assembly, just don't rush. But watch your ball bearings ;-)
UPDATE 14.9.20.... I've been using the bike every day since it's assembly. Basically.... it's been great. I'm in my 60s and didn't want to overdo it, so started at setting 1, doing 5km every day, and over the weeks moving to setting 2. It is making a difference to my leg strength and circulation, pulse rate pushing up to 140bpm... so a good cardio workout as far as I'm concerned. The bike has remained solid, a bit if a squeak from the seating, but checking and tightening up the bolts after a few weeks helped. The seat is comfy and supportive. The front handles are definately useful, to hang on to when you want to give it a "bit of welly" and get some speed up. I continue to recommend this bike. Oh... the issue with the "crown jewels"? I sorted it with wearing loose fitting pants and adjusting one's assets accordingly ;-) MY ORIGINAL REVIEW.... Firstly, I ordered this on Tues 11.8.20, it arrived VERY quickly on Thurs 13.8.20 (today). Everything in one heavy cardboard box. I opened the box to find the assembly instructions to have a read before I unpacked anything further. First thing I read, manual said max weight is 100kg, this was 10kg less than advertised. I emailed the seller via Amazon and even before the ink was dry on the last full stop, I got a reply (impressive service!). They confirmed the manual was wrong and the weight limit is indeed 110kg as advertised. Next.... assembly..... took about 90 minutes.... unpacking, checking contents, laying out the bits and comparing with what the manual says. All bits and tools were there but WARNING.... some of the screws needed for assembly are NOT with the bag of bolts, washers, nuts, etc. They are already in the item to be fitted, e.g. the seat back and base, the computer, etc. So it might seem there isn't enough bolts, etc... but there are! Also, there was an assembly glitch, when I tried to slide the back bracket into the main frame, there was a lump of plastic stopping the back bracket sliding in (see photo)... but just a careful shave with a chisel cleared it and allowed the back bracket to engage with the adjusting knob. This also highlights the need to be careful during assembly so that you don't catch or screw through the pulse sensor wires. It's very easy for the wires to get in the way of bolts as you assemble the sections. So be aware if a section you are securing has the sensor wires travelling through it. Just take assembly slow and steady! So now it is fully assembled, the computer is set to kilometres and there is no obvious way to change it to miles, but that is no big deal in my opinion (it's easy to convert km to m in your head if you really need to). A little test confirmed the pulse sensors work well, good seating position for me.... 108kg, 6feet 4inches, 34inch inside leg.... and my heels (size 11UK feet) do not catch the ground during use. I'm looking forward to proper use soon, using the guide supplied for warm-up, exercise and cool down, and to provide updates to this review. But one thing I will report right now..... gentlemen.... Testes .... I've noticed they tend to jiggle against each other during the cycling. This could end up quite painful I think!!! But I'm sure a little adjustment and/or wearing decent shorts will solve this.... but I'll let you know ;-)

Bike is sturdy enough, but the speedometer doesn't work distance doesn't work. So you can ride it but don't expect to know how well your doing at all. But on the plus side the one part that did work other than. The pedals turning was the BPM pulse reader so you know if you need to slow down or not other than that I'm disappointed to say the least. People don't have money to spare these days and this is just another disappointment buying from Amazon. Since I posted this the pulse stopped working as well as I was asked to make sure it was connected properly which I did then sent the photos as I was asked. It's connected correct just not working. I've sent all photos to staff who have contacted me. Asking me for all these photos. What they do with all this information I do not know.
