I've wasted lots of money on different brands of pads after my "female" operation which gave me light incontinence and these have been the most comfortable. Just the right size and good value. Will purchase again if I need to.

Have purchased a few times now for my mother in law, disappointed with packaging...not very discreet when it's contents is plastered all over the label, purchased for my mother in law initially have used a few myself lately especially when unwell with coughing and sneezing I have a tendency to leak and cannot control! Pad itself is quite bulky and not very comfortable initially but you do get used to it. Not for wearing in trousers, ok with jeans if you have a top covering your bottom. Absorbency seems OK I have just as much protection from thinner pads. I've compare a lot lately and the price of these is very expensive.

good value fairly small if you experience a lot of urological problems then maybe a larger size would suite better ,however for what they are im impressed,comfortable durable and very greatfully delivered on time by helpful staff ,thank you amazon

Was expecting large ones like in the picture but they are very small.Had to throw it in the bin.So disappointing

These are huge, thick and uncomfortable. Not lady like, not feminine in anyway. Back to the Always.
