I’ve been taking these for 2 months. I went from sleeping a fitful 6 hours or so a night to sleeping undisturbed for up to 10 hours. Honestly it’s too much sleep at this point but it feels soooo good and refreshing. I feel like a new woman! It gives me some GI issues but it’s pretty minor and 100% worth it in my opinion.

Company gives 💯 money back if after 2-3weeks you didn’t like it. I don’t work for the company, and i don’t get anything from them. Just my honest opinion. The product is good, but there are many others that are better. For now i am using this brand to try all probiotics they have to see if i will see improvements! But i wanted to mention that company that sells this ( third party seller) charging $39 per 30 capsules and the same price they charge for 60capsules! Just pay attention! better to order direct from company and you also can get first time discount if you reach out to the company direct!

I think it can sometimes be more convenient to take probiotics at night vs. first thing in the morning, especially if I have an early shift and less time in the morning for taking supplements. BiotiQuest adds the calming amino acid tryptophan to their probiotics and that’s why it’s suggested to be used before bedtime. When taking the Simple Slumber capsule at night for several days in a row, I did not notice a change in my sleep quality. I did not experience any residual tiredness the next day either, so that’s good at least. I don’t think this probiotic formula stands out from others on the market enough to justify the high price for a 30 day supply.

Simple Slumber clearly puts thought and care into what they create. The quality, attention to detail, and focus on better sleep really stand out. You can tell this is a brand that values its customers and delivers exactly what it promises.

At first, I liked this. It did help me to fall asleep and stay asleep. After a couple weeks of taking it I skipped a night and realized that for the first time since taking it, I didn't wake up with a headache. I have not taken it for 2 weeks and still no headaches upon waking. I will not continue this product.

I feel Biotiquest are good probiotics, however I didn't realize when I bought the Simple Slumber version that there were just 30 servings while other versions of Biotiquest are 60 servings for the same price of $35-39.00. If the only thing different is the small amount of Tryptophan added, it is not worth it.
