I use this tool every day. It works like a pencil sharpener, and your "pencils" are vegetables such as carrots and courgettes. I make courgette spaghetti every other day, and it is so easy with this small thing! It is made of solid materials, with steel inserts and sharp blades, and has 2 available sizes. I find the thicker "spaghetti" size easier to use. The middle of the vegetable doesn't get sliced, but that happens also with big chunky spiralizers. I do not know why others said it's difficult to clean, I just rinse it under running water and shake it a bit to remove the bits on the blades. Suits my small kitchen and raw vegan diet very very very well. Worth the money

Arrived broken and return process is substandard

Average in use, could be easier to clean. The size is a plus. Can be keept in a drawer, instead of filling the table.

I bought this because I wanted something nice and compact to fit in the cupboard. It does the job perfectly and creates some really great corgette noodles - mine were so long I needed to cut them down! It's not fancy or complicated - it just works and I would highly recommend buying it.

This is the first time I've ever been driven to write a review, but am so impressed with this little gadget that I felt I had to. It's extremely easy to use and fits vegetables of a reasonable range of shapes and sizes. It not only produces perfect spirals, but the courgette spirals were completely dry and ready to use immediately, raw or for cooking, without the tiresome squeezing and drying which courgette requires when grated. I haven't yet tried it with cucumber, and am not expecting quite such great results, since cucumber is so very wet, but still, this is a great addition to my gadget draw.

I ordered on the Saturday and received bank holiday Monday - to me that had to be a good sign. Went and bought carrots and courgettes ready to make my raw 'noodles'. Being a vegetarian and wanting to make some more interesting salads I was sooo excited. I was sooo disappointed - the carrots kept breaking and the courgette got stuck - properly stuck and the cucumber just got skinned - no lovely little spirals or julienne - just lots of stubbed carrots and a nightmare to clean. This is an awful gadget - do not waste your money..

Got this as my sister has one and said how excellent it was. Found it a bit difficult to use. Waste on veg as well as does not go right to bottom of vegetable in the gadget. Bought this one instead of cheaper version as read all reviews which said was a waste of money to buy cheaper. Have put it on one side to practice at a later date.

This was another one of those "maybe" purchases but I decided to go for it and I have not been disappointed (and my family has never eaten so much salad without complaint). I cut carrot, cucumber and courgette for fresh salads, tacos and fajitas. We've even parboiled courgette spaghetti to go with a bolognese sauce and I don't think the gang noticed they were not eating pasta. I learned to use a fork to get down to the bottom of the carrot and courgette after nicking my index finger a couple of times on the cutting blade but now I get perfect veg and no damaged fingers. I find I get great vegetable strips no matter the size of the vegetable I am using and very little waste. Delighted with my purchase and would be another one without hesitation.

Ottimo prodotto per affettare la verdura

I had already one like this, which I bought in Europe. This one was bought to be a gift. This cutter is just wonderful. It makes a zucchini or a carrot to become like a spaghetti, with long and very regular stripes. The blades are very, very sharp, thus the vegetables don't break, allowing a very nice visual effect. Honestly, I can't understand some negative comments: it is so easy to operate and the only real requirement is to put some pressure on what you're cutting. By doing this, it works to the perfection, leaving just a central uncut piece. The cleaning after use is also so easy and effective. No stains at all, no hidden residuals. I've used my one for about 2 years and I have absolutely no complaint. Perhaps someone will think that $30 is a high price for a cutter. Well, you get what you pay for. And this one really justifies its price.

Después de ver bastantes modelos y leer muchas opniones me decidí por éste y estoy muy contenta. Tiene dos grosores distintos, uno por cada lado. Las cuchillas cortan muy bien y si algo he de reconocer que no está logrado es la pieza que supuestamente se clava en el producto a rallar para girarlo cuando queda poco: pues no, ni en broma. Como en casi todos los modelos que he visto no hay forma de que eso sirva de algo pero debo decir que no es necesario porque se apura bastante y sin peligro girando con la mano y ya muy al fina basta con pinchar un simple tenedor y seguir girando. Leí que los son con forma de cono (como éste) no permiten llegar a la totalidad de la pieza pero no es así para nada. No abulta apenas, se lava muy bien y se puede meter en el lavavajillas. Se puede usar con cualquier producto que tenga, o se le dé, forma alargada: zanahorias, calabacines, batatas, patatas, calabaza,... ¡Por fin puedo conseguir el acabado real de tallarines que tanto uso cómodamente sin usar madolina ni peladores!
