I love Pukka tea bags and love ginger tea, this one is especially great as it has turmeric and galangal in so hitting all a load of health benefits that I greatly need. I also noticed that my belly bloat had gone down recently (and having spent a lot of money of other detox/weight loss types of tea that rely on caffeine really to get your metabolism going and cost a lot more) for someone who avoids caffeine, these seem to be having that affect as a welcome bonus. would be 5 stars if not for the thin tea bags so you can't squeeze them or the bag will pop!! Very warming, i like them last thing at night with a bit of honey in.

Always a favourite, although with a lot of this company`s teas, they cheat by adding cheapo liquorice as a sweetener. I had to point out to a friend that her rise in blood pressure came from drinking liquorice tea. Sure enough, as soon as she removed the pure unmodified liquorice from her life, her blood pressure normalised.
