Sick of decades of insomnia, I gave in this year and added valerian into my routine. I wasn't really supposed to add it in because of my medication, but that now can not be changed and I was fed up of being awake half the night. I had asked for the common sleeping pill a few times, but really did not want that to be the solution. So I have found a supplement, changed the magnesium formulation and started drinking this every night - two teabags worth in a large mug. Problem of a lifetime solved, and now for four whole months. I am actually having to adjust to sleeping properly! I very much doubt this tea does the heavy lifting, but I am very sure it makes a good contribution. I like the taste too - the Berry version tastes a bit medicinal, but this is just a pleasant herbal tea. I gave up caffeine about a year ago and I'm now a massive fan of Pukka teas overall. They aren't the cheapest, but I still think they are good value for money given the consistency and quality. They also use recyclable paper envelopes for the tea - I also like a slightly cheaper competitor, but I really do not like the unrecyclable plastic envelopes.

This is one of the best night time teas I’ve tried. It tastes nice and definitely aids sleep
