Brilliant fitness box. I'm a complete idiot when it comes to DIY but even I was able to put it together with no issues (just as well as the instructions were of no help). The box is sturdy, VERY big and pretty heavy. All plus points in my book. I've used it a couple of times now and have no qualms about stepping onto it with some pretty hefty weights. Haven't jumped onto it yet. It's very high and I'd hit my head on the ceiling. I'll have to wait for some better weather so that I can get outside for that. The box fits comfortably in the back of my pickup truck for hauling around to clients (I'm a personal trainer). All in all, a brilliant plyo box for a few quid less than any of the others I've found.

Such a versatile piece of training equipment. It can be used for toning and strength fitness, to be used in step-ups, standing jumps, press ups, dips etc. The box comes flat-pack but assembles easily and very securely.Just in case you're wondering why this and not an ordinary wood it's all about being a tough wood to prevent bending or breaking. Withstands 17 stone users at the moment with no give or warping.

This box comes flat packed and is very easy to assemble. I would use a drill driver to drive the screws in because there is quite a lot of them and dry fit the box first before fixing the screws. The only problem I had was that some of the pre drilled holes where not completely through and it is a good idea to check both sides of all the panels before fixing them together to make sure they are all drilled through completely. When I opened the flat pack box the panels where still a bit tacky from the coating on them so I left them overnight to dry completely. There was a slight smell of varnish/lacquer from the panels at first but this was gone once they dried out thoroughly. Overall happy with the box, good value for the price and very good delivery.

Really great product easy to put together great edition to workout

The instructions were pretty useless. Luckily my Mum is very good at fixing things - otherwise I would of sent it back.The screw holes were not deep enough so we had to a do bit of DIY to the box so the screws did not sit above the wood - otherwise it would not have been sturdy.Would I buy this again.. probably not. I might be using this as an extra seat instead.
