This product is very useful in combination with Sage for the symptoms of menopause. I am unable to take conventional HRT for reasons of hereditary breast cancer. I enjoy a productive life without the crazy symptoms, (hot flushes, and waking up 10 times a night) that were uncomfortable. I can definitely recommend this product without hesitation

A very good product for those who has thyroid issues that cause there bones to output calcium into the blood stream. It's plant based and chemical free. The tablet is a bit big, but manageable. Since taking these my calcium and thyroid issue has normalised. However I continually take them to ensure I don't get issues like this again. Not to say if you stop taking them the issue will come back, but I don't want to risk it.

I have terrible anger during pms! It scares me and I hate myself for it! I have tried may thibgs including star flower oil and evening primrose but nothing helped. I thought will give this a try too and 1 month down the line I feel it’s helping. I still get emotional but my anger is not as bad and not lasting as long. Will buy again
