Excellent product, easy to use, lots of pipe length so really flexible for fridge location, great price and a quick fix to get our fridge freezer back in use for water & ice.

easy to use with a bit of common sense - lots of tube and good value.. most new American fridge Freezers (Samsung etc.) come with a filter supplied for fitting so no need to buy one for the initial plumbing in..make sure you get an accurate delivery time - other suppliers are shipping from China directly and dont have any local stock (waiting up to 2 weeks) despite what they say on Amazon!this product was delivered next day - so very pleased

Easy to fit but had drips so don't really trust these saddle brackets.

Low rating only because there were no instructions in the box- and if you have never done it before it’s not intuitive! Once finally sorted (and after a few choice swear words too) it works like a charm!

Poor quality. Leaks. Thought I’d save time with the self piercing connector but it weeps slightly . Ended up throwing away and used a proper washing machine tap
