Noticed a change in my overall gut health

This product was recommended to me by my OB/GYN. It works very well for me. It’s pricey, which is the only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. I tried just acidophilus alone, but it didn’t give me the positive results this does.

My husband and I have used this pro-biotic for years.It ready helps but must be taken first thing in the morning in an empty stomache.We wait 1 hour before eating.

A doctor in Greece recommended these to me while taking a very strong course of antibiotic… (I had no problems at all) and haven’t had any since I added this to my regimen. I was so happy to find that it was available here in the states too! It works very well, keeps the 🐯fresh and helps regulate digestion. ☕️ Overall, I’d say the comfort and convenience is worth any money spent.
