MOMENTS IN TIME Christmas Village 30 pc Set, with LED Lights, Battery Operated (not Included)

The set is complete with buildings, figures, trees, and lighting and sound. Very convenient to have it all packaged together and it looks really nice, especially when it is lit up in the dark.My grandchildren love it.

The set is very pretty, however one of the scenes inside a one house was broken but I managed to turn it several times to where it’s visible but crooked. Also a Christmas tree beside the gazebo was broken off, and the driver of the horse carriage was broken off. I hot glued them back on. All of my pieces light up.

For it's price, this village is a steal. Buildings are painted well and they are very well put together. They will definitely give years and years of xmas decor without replacing. Only drawback is the character faces are pretty hideous. I have my set on my fireplace mantel so from a distance they don't look as distorted. You get a bunch of pines as well which completes the set. Definitely worth the buy.

Set is great and we love if, except it arrived damaged where a person does not have a head. Also, several of the trees branches are bent and cannot be reshaped. The manufacturer provided a website to go to if this is damage, but when I go to the website it says it hasn’t launched yet? Not the best customer experience. I’d like to be contacted ASAP to make things right and willing to change this review once resolved.

I love that it all lit up and the carasail played Christmas music. 🎶

I just got this set and one of the 4 pieces that should light up actually lights up. The piece with the gazebo and Santa lights up fine. The three buildings are not physically damaged on the outside. But, you can hear loose pieces on the inside when you move them. So, NONE OF THEM light up. Seems to not be very durable in general if they aren't even broken and don't work. I also think I got a return that no one checked. I'm also missing a battery cover for one of the buildings. It does look very nice. But, for the price and the size, it's too much of a hassle to deal with returning it since it doesn't work. The packaging was fine and three of the four pieces that should light up do not even work. I'm actually quite livid about this. It's rather obvious that someone returned this and no one checked it before shipping it out again. It's a big box and now I get to pack it back up and lug it to UPS. So, keep in mind that the internal workings are not very stable if they become loose so easily that they stop working even if the building is entirely intact. So, I'd say if you choose to buy this, you have a 50/50 chance of it not working at all when you get it.

This set was very nice, good size and great details. However, it had several pieces broken and was obviously returned prior to my return. Since receiving the 20 pc set today which had a catalog, thank you card and user instructions it is apparent that the 30pc set was returned and someone kept those items. I would like to just swap out this set for a new undamaged one instead of a refund which is what I ask for we will see what happens! So three stars just because it was very nice but the company needs to check their returns instead of just shipping back out.
