Amazing product
I was fed up with the hot flushes especially at night.I decided to give the pills a try instead of going down the route of HRT and I am so glad I did.Not only have the hot flushes got a lot better I certainly feel generally more awake and less discomfort in my legs.2 weeks in so now ordering the next pack.So glad I found these.

Not effective
Thought I’d give these a shot for the price. I’d been taking a different soya isoflavone for hot flushes which had worked. As soon as I started these the hot flushes came back. So I’ve gone back to the Zipvit 3000mg instead as they work for me.

They are working, I think
Been taking these 30 days today. Tested positive for menopause and have quite a few symptoms that were very annoying. These seemed to start working within a few days on some symptoms. My boating is going down now, over the past few days. I’ve been so bloated and feeling sick, it’s great that’s going. Although, I’m a great sleeper, and over the past week, I’m not sleeping at all, I’m wide awake till about 3 in the morning, and my Fitbit tells me my sleep is poor. I’m hoping it rights itself, if it’s the tablets, so I’m going to continue to take them for another 2 months, with the hope my sleeping returns. Another thing that’s changed is, I didn’t have a period for 11 months, now on these, I’ve had 2 periods, like clockwork, they’ve returned ? Hoping they go again, fingers crossed. I’ve tried so many things trying to find something that works, you just don’t know if to stop or not ....so I’m giving these 3 months, then I might have a word with my dr.

If you’re trying to get pregnant then this might help!
Hi, I thought I’d write this review as when I first heard about using Soy as an aid to conception there wasn’t a big amount of information available and it was quite hard to work out how to use them etc.So I thought I’d include a little info to make it easier if you’re new to them. OBVIOUSLY IM NOT A MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL AND IM JUST GOING ON THE ADVICE THAT I WAS GIVEN.EN?You take Soy Isoflavones, like Clomid, on either CD (cycle day) 1-5 , 2-6, 3-7 , 4-8 or 5-9.If you take soy Isoflavones during the later time bracket, for example CD5-9, you shall strengthen the egg that has already started growing producing a healthier egg. The earlier in your cycle you take It, the higher your chance of releasing multiple eggs but these eggs will not be as mature as the eggs grown from taking Soya later.A lot of women will choose the middle cycle (3 -7) allowing time for a strong and healthy egg to develop without erasing the chance of a second egg being developed and released.1-5 = you produce more eggs, and ovulate sooner, with a stronger ovulation.2-6 = you produce more eggs that usual, but not as many as taking it 1-5. Eggs may be more mature, and ovulation will be slightly more strong than 1-5.3-7 = The best of both worlds, a few more eggs, and all eggs will be strong & mature, and ovulation will be alot stronger than 1-5.4-8 = No more eggs will be produced, but the ones already there, will be matured alot more than usual, and ovulation will be very strong. Ovulation may only be brought forward a teeny bit.5-9 = You'll have one very mature strong egg, from the ones you already produced on your own. Ovulation will either happen when it usually does, or a few days later, but your egg will be of great quality.DOSE?The dose is really down to you but you should always use the lowest amount that works for you. With Clomid the starting dose is 100mg. Soya Isoflavones are said to be half the strength of Clomid, so it makes sense for the starting dose to be 100mg.The trouble with 100mg of soya is that the capsules tend to come as 40mg. So you have a choice of starting at 80mg or 120mg.I would recommend that if you know that you do ovulate without taking soy then you should start with 80mg.And if you know that you don’t usually ovulate you can start with 120mg.Some women change the dose on different days. So they may start at 120mg for the first 3 days then give an extra boost for the last 2 days with 160mg.As I have said though, use the lowest dose possible for yourself. If you ovulate using 120mg/day stick to that for a few cycles. GIVE IT A CHANCE. It is said that it takes 3months to get the full benefits of what you are taking. NEVER EXCEED 200mg/day.OTHER BENEFITS?The following potential health benefits are attributed to Isoflavones:Reduce heart disease riskProtect against prostate problemsimprove bone healthReduce cancer riskSIDE EFFECTS?As with any medication, taking Soya Isoflavones may cause side effects such as:NauseaHeadachesDizzinessHot flushesNight sweatsCrampingDiarrhoeaThrush - mentioned by a few ladies on this board so added to the list.In no particular order. Obviously the higher the dose you take the higher your chance of experiencing side effects.I initially started using them to get my ovulation back on track as I’m currently in peri menopause and I’d stopped ovulation. I’m very happy to say that I got pregnant whilst using these, so I personally love them, obviously I can’t say 100% that this is the reason but I’m pretty sure it is.Good luck and babydust to everyone currently ttc!!

Breast cancer after taking these
Updated: I believe these have contributed to my hormone receptive breast cancer. I used them for around 18 months. After reading up about soya supplements following recent diagnosis, it seems they are not safe. Eating soya is fine but supplements give too high a concentration. I have stopped taking these and hope others read up on the risks before deciding what to do. They worked for me, but at too high a cost.Original review:I'd been holding off writing a review until I'd gone through a few cycles. Been using these for a few months now and what a huge difference they have made. I'm 43 and although still have regular periods I have been noticing PMS symptoms getting much worse over the last few years. I have never been on the pill & never had kids. The last few years, before my period I have been more irritated, anxious, depressed (which is totally out of character) and the worst thing has been brain fog where I can really struggle to concentrate at work and my brain feels like it needs a wash. These symptoms have got steadily longer so they can stretch up to 2 weeks before my period and as I am very regular, this can be half the month. I already take starflower oil, which I have found helpful and tried maca, which didn't help as much. After a particularly tough pre-menstrual time feeling very low, anxious and no enthusiasm, I decided to look in to what might help as I was fed up of not feeling like me at those times. Convinced that I am now perimenopausal and not ever wanting to go down a chemical route, I widened my search to see what may help and came across these. From the first month, they have been incredible. I still felt pre menstrual but significantly less so and the biggest thing was no brain fog! That has been just amazing. I feel more like I did in my 20s and 30s where I knew I was pre menstrual but it wasn't that bad. I could not recommend them enough, and have been to friends. Well worth it and I feel like they are working with my body, not trying to mask it.
