Q: plug need to be 85mm and rubber seal 47mm

the sink plug and strainer I received was 85mm the seal was however 55mm but it fits my sink perfectly.i measured my sink hole and that is 47mm.hope this was some help to you.

Yes it is a plug as well as a strainer. You push it down to use as plug and lift up to use as strainer. Hope this helps

Q: Does this fit any standard kitchen sink?

Yes it fits most of them i have 2 sinks one is two years old & the other is ten it fits them both

Q: Does this come apart?

No the one I purchased it didn't come apart, it's all one unit. There is a rubber suction part, which isn't visible when the unit is put/pushed into the plug hole. To clean it I put it in the dish washer. Also inaddition to that it's cleaned by hand frequently when the sink is cleaned 2/3 a week. It must be washed/cleaned as it does collect/harbour a lot of food etc in the plughole. Also from time to time disinfectant is poured down, and that will help to get rid of the odour.
