Not sure if its the switching to nature made prenatal vitamins or drinking this but it has definitely helped alot when it comes to producing breast milk. After about a day my breastmilk slowly has increased and im thankful for getting these. Definitely will recommend them to someone if they are breast feeding at all.

I’m really happy with this lactation tea! It's helped me increase my milk supply, and I love the soothing, calming flavor. My only reason for not giving it a full 5 stars is that the taste can be a bit bitter at times, and I wish it came in a bigger package so I wouldn't have to reorder as often. Overall, it's a great product that's definitely helped me with breastfeeding, and I'd recommend it to other moms. 4/5 stars!

I like the taste of it, I add a little honey and sugar. I drank it for three days 2 to 3 times a day and the third day my milk came in strong. Since then I have had a healthy supply of milk. I had to stop drinking the tea in fear I would become engorged.

Tastes good, smells like licorice, is FANTASTIC with honey, but only mildly effective in increasing yield.

Bought this for a friend who recently had a baby. She said her milk was barely coming in, so I recommended this tea between this and the mother’s milk cookies you can bake, she was doing great with her supply within a couple of weeks.

The only problem was I ordered two of this and only one arrived because they ran out of stock. Waited long time just for one product so I will not consider ordering it again here.

This tea definitely worked for me. After 1 cup my milk supply had built up. The taste is definitely something you have to get used to but with honey it tastes lovely. You also have to leave it brewing for 15mins which leaves it cold of you don't cover it up. Pricey tea for qu bags and i have read you can buy cheaper but with amazon prime I got it same day delivery so didnt really bother me. Would recommend to any bf mum that is worried about her milk supply being low!
