I used to wax my chin and top lip but, recently, every type of wax I have tried has left me red and sore. So, I have been left with the painfully time consuming option of tweezing individual hairs.I was nervous about trying this in case it caused the same sort of reaction as the wax but I was pleasantly surprised - no burning on application and no red or broken skin when I removed it. It got rid of all the long straggly 'hag hairs' too! It's quite pricey and doesn't leave my chin and top lip hair free for quite as long as wax used to but they are minor complaints when I can be both pain and hair free!

I usually use the Nair Facial Brush On, but it tends to burn me so I saw this one by chance on Amazon and decided to try it. I like this one better for the following reasons:Comes in a squeezy tube which makes it easy and mess free to apply unlike the facial brush on version, which has a brush that is very scratchy and defeats the objectIs very gentle, I did not experience any burning AT ALL with this product which really surprised me, as every facial hair removing cream I have used always burns to some extent, or at very least leaves you with a prickly feelingExtra info: This cream is a bit runnier than the Facial Brush On version, which is good if you want to put it on larger areas like you cheeks etc as it spreads easier. I did the following when applying this: I did not wash, rub or scratch my face for 24 hours, applied vaseline to my entire face and left it to sink in for 10 minutes, applied cream, scraped off gently after required time, and then washed my face with Simple face wash because it is fragrance free and moisturised as normal.I am very impressed with this product; seems like it is imported as I never see this in UK stores, I hope that Amazon continues to stock this because I love it. It's a bit pricey for the size but because I did not experience any burning for me it is worth it.

If I could rate it 0 I would I've ended up with chemical burns on my faces and it did not remove any hair at all.

This just didn't work for me. I even left it on longer as instructed but it still didn't take many of the hairs. However, I have to say that it certainly didn't irritate my skin, despite the extra time I kept it on.

If you have very very fine, light hairs - this works great. Anything more - forget it. Even after 10 mins, anything more than a fine, peach fuzz is still firmly stuck.Disappointing.
